These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worldjersey.online ("Site") and any purchase made through it. By browsing, placing an order or creating an account you accept these Terms in full.
01 · The seller
The Site is operated by WorldJersey. Customer support: support@worldjersey.online.
02 · Products
All jerseys and apparel sold on WorldJersey are independently produced fan items inspired by national teams. Unless otherwise stated, products are not officially licensed by any federation, league, club or governing body. Colours, badges and details may vary slightly from on-screen images due to display calibration.
03 · Orders & contract formation
- An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy.
- The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or shipping restrictions.
04 · Prices & payment
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU deliveries. Shipping is free worldwide. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we accept major credit and debit cards plus local methods supported by Stripe in your country.
05 · Shipping
Free tracked shipping is provided to 180+ countries. Estimated delivery times, customs duties and full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
06 · Returns & refunds
You may return items within 30 days under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. EU consumers benefit from the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal described therein.
07 · Intellectual property
All Site content — logos, design, copy, photography — belongs to WorldJersey or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
08 · User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site (scraping, fraud, attempts to bypass security, automated checkout, reselling at scale without authorisation). We may suspend access without notice in case of breach.
09 · Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. consumer rights, gross negligence).
10 · Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11 · Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date of your order applies to that order.
