Shipping

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed afterwards, or during weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

• Italy: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–4 business days
• UK & Switzerland: 3–5 business days
• North America: 4–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Times are indicative and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Use it any time to follow your order.

EU orders are delivered duty-paid. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel at its full commercial value as required by law.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address or refusal at delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping costs may apply).

If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@worldjersey.online and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
