01 · Are your jerseys official?
WorldJersey produces independent fan-edition jerseys inspired by national teams. Unless explicitly stated, they are not officially licensed by federations or governing bodies.
02 · How long does shipping take?
Free tracked shipping arrives in 1–2 days in Italy, 2–4 days across the EU, and 4–10 days for the rest of the world. Full details on the Shipping page.
03 · Can I return a jersey?
Yes — 30 days from delivery for any reason, provided the item is unworn with original tags. Personalised jerseys are final sale.
04 · Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus local methods available in your country (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc.).
05 · Will I pay customs duties?
EU deliveries are duty-paid. Outside the EU, customs may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
06 · Do you offer name & number printing?
Yes — when available it appears as an option on the product page. Printed jerseys are final sale.
